The full story

Two customer programmes that connected intent signals with timely WhatsApp communication.

01

My role across both programmes

As Nitro's only marketer, I worked across the complete campaign cycle: customer research and interviews, creative strategy, campaign setup, copy, analysis, case-study writing, design direction and final reporting with CRM and customer-success teams.

02

House of Gulab

More than 80% of visitors were anonymous. Nitro identified 12% of website visitors and used WhatsApp to reach relevant shoppers. The campaign deck reported a 15% increase in conversion and 26× WhatsApp return on ad spend.

03

Sleepsia

From 54,000 monthly active users, the programme identified 10,871 users and a high-intent group of 6,533. Their average order value was ₹2,145, compared with the brand average of ₹1,500.

Evidence note: Results were validated by Nitro's CRM/customer-success team using the Nitro dashboard. House of Gulab and Sleepsia were separate programmes and are reported separately.
