The full story

A WhatsApp journey that helped patients understand a care plan after the first sales conversation.

01

The gap after the call

Curelink offered fertility-management care plans to patients referred by doctors. After the referral, the sales team called to explain the plan. Around 15% converted on that first call.

02

What I built

The WhatsApp sequences had three connected jobs: educate, invite a response and support follow-up. They explained the care plan, shared doctor and health-coach videos, used patient stories and introduced special offers for highly engaged people.

03

What changed

Overall conversion increased from approximately 15% to 22–23%, based on figures I recall from Curelink's Metabase dashboards. That is roughly seven to eight additional purchases per 100 referred patients.
