TL;DR · 30-second version

Problem

Snitch already produces frequent, culturally current product content. The opportunity is not simply to create more of it.

My role

I designed a connected system where cultural observation becomes participation, product discovery, CRM and first-party learning.

The full story

A content audit that moves beyond posting frequency and connects cultural insight to discovery, commerce, CRM and retail.

01

The problem is not content volume

Snitch has already built a strong system around newness, humour and concept-led launches. The strategic whitespace is to make content do a different job as the brand scales: build meaning, capture first-party insight and create reasons to return.

02

One idea, different jobs

A cultural theme such as a first salary can begin as an observation on social, invite stories through creators and community, become a contextual edit on the website, trigger CRM journeys and appear in retail merchandising.

03

Measure behaviour, not only reach

The measurement framework includes branded search, content-to-product click-through, assisted conversion, add-to-cart, CRM revenue per recipient, repeat purchase and movement across categories.

Evidence note: Independent strategic exercise created to demonstrate my approach. It was not commissioned by or affiliated with Snitch, and no company result is claimed.
